At Better Call Marc, customer satisfaction is my top priority. That said, due to the nature of my services and the unique products I provide, certain limitations apply to refunds. Please read this policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled for different aspects of my business.


Refund Policy for Web Design and SEO Services

No Refunds Policy

Because web design and SEO services are customized and time-intensive, I do not offer refunds for these services. A significant amount of effort, resources, and expertise goes into each project, making refunds impractical.

What I Offer Instead

While refunds aren’t available, I’m 100% committed to making things right if you’re not satisfied. If you’re unhappy with the results of your project, I’ll gladly:

  • Work for Free to Compensate: I’ll put in extra hours, make revisions, or even expand the scope of the project to ensure you’re happy with the outcome.
  • Provide Additional Support: I’ll offer guidance or tweaks to optimize your results, whether it’s improving your website’s design or refining your SEO strategy.

Your satisfaction is my goal, and I’m willing to go the extra mile to achieve it.


Refund Policy for Used Parts Shop

For products purchased from my used parts shop, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Here’s how it works:

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds may be considered if the product is defective or not as described at the time of purchase.
    • All requests must be submitted within [X days] of purchase, with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  • Exclusions:
    • Refunds are not available for products that are damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling after purchase.
    • Items sold as “AS-IS” or marked final sale are not eligible for refunds.

    • If a refund isn’t possible, I’ll explore other solutions, such as offering store credit or exchanging the product for a comparable item.
